We are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Outreach Events Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our dispensary & delivery services. This role is critical in shaping our brand's presence in the market, driving both organic and paid marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the CEO for creative direction, collaborate with various teams and external partners, and leverage data to optimize marketing efforts.

Full time employment will be available after a 60-day trial period to ensure position standards are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in marketing outreach events coordination
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools
- Experience with marketing automation and content marketing strategies
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and advertising sales techniques
- Familiarity with performance marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to work with WordPress and HTML5 for content management
- Excellent research skills & knowledge of Cannabis industry a plus
- Experience with Meta and sales techniques
- Strong budgeting and product management skills

**Event Management**:

- Lead and coordinate all types of events, including community events, industry expos, contests, and gaming tournaments, with a focus on aligning with current societal trends.
- Source sponsorship funds for in-house events and manage budgets for participation in external events as decided by the CEO.

**Ground Team Coordination**:

- Manage in-person marketing strategies including distribution of flyers in smoke shops and other age-restricted stores.
- Oversee brand ambassadors who promote on social media and distribute marketing items, with activities tracked for reward points redeemable for merchandise.

**Local Marketing Efforts**:

- Expand local marketing initiatives by leveraging existing relationships with outlets like Newsday, Leafly, Weedmaps, High Times Magazine, and others.
- Proactively seek new local collaborations and promotional opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

**Performance Metrics and Reporting**:

- Deliver weekly reports detailing statistics, ROI from marketing efforts, and metrics on customer retention.
- Participate in weekly management meetings to present reports and discuss marketing strategies with the CEO and other key stakeholders.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with in-house graphic designers, the inventory manager, and the IT/Web/Social Media team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Regularly coordinate with Lucas and other department heads to align on strategies and ensure consistent communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $450.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
