Job Overview: 

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team by coordinating and implementing marketing activities that promote the company’s products, services, and brand. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting with the creation of content and promotional materials. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with other team members to ensure that marketing strategies are executed efficiently and effectively. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Campaign Coordination: 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. 
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows. 

Content Creation and Management: 

  • Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials. 
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication across various channels. 
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce marketing collateral. 

Market Research and Analysis: 

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 
  • Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategy decisions and campaign improvements. 
  • Provide insights based on research findings to help refine marketing approaches. 

Social Media Management: 

  • Support the management of the company’s social media profiles, including content posting, engagement, and analytics. 
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience. 
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. 

Event Coordination: 

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events, such as webinars, product launches, and trade shows. 
  • Handle logistics, such as venue booking, vendor management, and promotional materials. 
  • Support on-site event activities, including setup, registration, and attendee interaction. 

Administrative Support: 

  • Maintain marketing databases, including customer and lead lists. 
  • Track marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are completed within financial guidelines. 
  • Assist with the management of marketing materials, inventory, and distribution. 


Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Qualifications:
