Position Objective:

Enhance Marketing Resources and support the initiatives of our Marketing Leader.
Actively identify opportunities to boost brand visibility, enhance lead generation, and fortify strategic partnerships within our target markets.
Assist in developing our "Playbook" for a $100M Sales Operation, refining one process at a time.

KEY OPPORTUNITIES:

1. Event Management & Community Involvement
  • Research, prioritize, plan, and represent our brand(s) by leading local event participation.
  • Stand out at local fairs, trade shows, networking events, and community fundraisers.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to engaged audiences.
2. Content Creation & Video Production
  • Plan and produce live video content aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate visits to active projects and events.
  • Support the creative production team by providing detailed information about shoots and optimal content usage.
3. Business Development as a Junior Field Marketer
  • Serve as a public Brand Ambassador within the local community.
  • Discover innovative ways to showcase the value we offer to our target demographics.
4. WILD CARD: Bring your unique skills
  • Support the Marketing Leader with various tasks (e.g., administrative support, driving).
  • Possess IT skills for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Have expertise in Social Media/Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Sales, and leverage CRM systems.
Essential qualities of ideal candidates:
  • Confident
  • Outgoing
  • Proficient in social media platforms.
Part-time or full-time positions available.
Occasional weekend work may be necessary for public events.

COMPENSATION:
$20.00 per hour
