**About Us**:Hulxe Construction Services is a small business contractor known for excelling in pavement marking projects. We work closely with local municipalities, airfields, Department of Defense, State D.O.T., and National Park & Forest Services.

We are currently looking for experienced individuals to join our team as Pavement Markings Laborers. Engage in a diverse range of tasks, from installing longline and shortline striping to symbols, legends, tape items, raised pavement markers, and other specialized pavement marking needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing longline and shortline striping, symbols, legends, tape items, raised pavement markers, and other pavement marking needs.
- Loading and unloading pavement marking equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Preparing surfaces for striping, including layout, sweeping, and cleaning.
- Performing general maintenance and equipment repairs while maintaining a clean shop area.
- Being willing to travel to out-of-town, overnight projects and between job sites.
- Comply with road signs, have knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations, and navigate state and local roadways with precision.

**Requirements**:

- Encouraged to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver License (not required to start)
- Basic reading, writing, and paperwork completion skills
- Ability to understand and comply with road signs, federal motor carrier safety regulations, and state/local roadways
- Capability to continuously lift 50+ pounds during work shifts
- Successful background check and drug screening

**Job Details**:

- Bonus pay and signing bonus (eligibility may apply)

**Experience**:

- 1 year of driving experience preferred

**License/Certification**:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- Commercial Drivers License (preferred)

**Willingness to Travel**:

- 25% travel may be required
