**Job Summary**

The ITSSM will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of IT support services, managing IT security, transitioning new technologies capabilities to field support, creating knowledge materials, and increasing end-user productivity and tool adoption. The ITSSM will work closely with IT, vendors, and other teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of IT support tickets and issues.
- Implement and monitor IT security policies, procedures, and solutions to protect the organization from IT risks and cyber security threats.
- Lead the transition of new capabilities and technologies to support teams, ensuring smooth integration and mínimal disruption to services.
- Create and maintain IT knowledge materials, including work instructions, knowledge articles, and user guides, to facilitate self-service and improve end-user satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to streamline IT support processes.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment of IT support services with overall IT strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to increase end-user productivity and tool adoption and drive continuous improvement in IT support services.

**Experience requirements**:

- 5-7 years of IT operations, service management, customer service experience
- IT Certifications and training including Infrastructure and Network
- Experience managing IT security incidents and ensuring IT security controls are effective
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT services
- Strong knowledge of problem solving, IT security, project delivery, customer operations, and IT infrastructure
- Experience managing people and teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing IT support in a retail or c-store setting is a plus
