We are one of the largest Real Estate teams in the DMV and we are looking for someone to be the heartbeat of our company. We need someone who always has a big smile on their face and sets the tone for our office environment. You job will be to:
Manage the office physically and energetically. This means getting the little details right, like greeting agents and clients when they come in, making sure the office has coffee and is ready for meetings, and also sensing when someone is having an off day and trying to be a source of positive energy to pick them up and get them quickly back on track. You will manage the agent desk spaces and who gets them.

Onboarding - We onboard a group of agents once a month, and you will be responsible for quarterbacking this effort, which means getting agents scheduled to conduct the training, get the training materials ready, kicking off the day, auditing FUB (Follow Up Boss) during the calling sessions to ensure everyone is updating it correctly while they are on the phone, and paying attention to the agents that are mastering the content and who are not and reporting results to leadership. Once you learn the content you will be responsible for roleplaying with the agents and signing

Event Planning - You will be responsible for planning our client and agents' events quarterly. These help us to stay connected to our clients and get more introductions and referrals, and also keep company morale high and the vision clear for the entire team.

Systems and Reporting - You will be auditing our CRM (customer retention management) system to ensure it is being used properly and so it is extremely successful for the team. You will also have a weekly cadience of studying reports so you are able to highlight opportunities and concerns to the leadership team.

Insides Sales Agents - You will manage their schedule and report to leadership on this department's concerns and challenges.

Paying Bills - There are a few things our finance department will lean on you to manage and pay.
