Assistant Office Manager

This is a great opportunity to grow with us Family Practice Group PC continues to grow its patient panel and staff. We are looking for the right person to join us and help us manage our growth. Initial responsibilities focus on human resource management with the goal of learning all aspects of the organization.
**Position**: Assistant Office Manager
**Description**:Primary responsibilities: Human Resources and Credentialing
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new staff members
- Enrollment and training in EMR software system
- Credentialing of clinicians
- Manage and process payroll and payrate changes
- Implements employee benefits programs
- Ensures legal compliance with state and federal programs; responds to formal inquiries of same.
- Retains historical records; employment verification
- Contributes to team effort by participating in other activities as needed
Additional responsibilities: Operations
- Technical / computer assistance
- Assists with implementing new programs
- Participates in continual improvement projects.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently
- Experience in office management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
