**Duties**:

- Responsible for processing payroll; communicate with managers to resolve payroll issues
- Work with Management to identify employment needs and draft job postings for open positions; schedule and conduct phone interviews.
- Conduct onboarding activities that may include training, paperwork, and setting up benefits.
- Answers questions and inquiries from employees regarding schedules, payroll issues, policies and procedures, benefits, and compensation.
- Provides support for creation of communications in the form of postings, calendar updates.
- Maintains human resources records by entering new hires, processing transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation and personal time and other related employment matters as directed.
- Prepares human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, efficiency, and turnover reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain high degree of confidentiality.
- Understanding of regulations, laws, and guidelines related to HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.

**Required Experience**:

- 2-3 years of working in Human Resources
- 1-2 years of payroll processing experience

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior work in a plant or manufacturing setting
- Experience with ADP and incentive-based payroll preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
