Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to determine personnel needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Select and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Conduct personnel discussions with management and department heads to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Create job postings and recruit new employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Prepare employment documents, including references and contracts, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage salary and job function adjustments to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Create employment references to support employee development and career advancement.
  • Onboard and offboard employees to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption to the business.
  • Organize training and development measures to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience as a human resources specialist or personnel service specialist.
