Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant. As an Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. This position is for a Kitchen Remodeling Company and requires selling at some points of the day.

**Duties**:

- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinate estimates for clients
- Create estimates to send out to clients
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors and assisting them with finding products they find interest in.

**Skills**:

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in using Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong administrative skills to handle various office tasks

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an administrative role.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
