 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their Medicare plans and benefits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and improve office processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and insurance plans is a plus, but not required.
