**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of multiple automotive repair facilities, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales goals and profitability targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or concerns
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of automotive technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Handle financial aspects of the business, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive repair sales and management is essential
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping, with the ability to manage financial aspects effectively
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
