**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs of our patients and staff.
  • Manage and train a team of cooks to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with our nutrition team to ensure that our food service meets the dietary needs of our patients.

**Requirements**

  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.
  • National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association.
  • 2 years Formal experience and/or training in quantity food preparation to include basic preparation, sanitation, estimating quantities of foods needed, weights and measures and adjusting recipes for various quantities and equipment.
