We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Providence Medical Foundation. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a critical role in assessing, coordinating, and developing exercise programs for patients with cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized exercise plans to improve cardiovascular health
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families on lifestyle modifications and disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement cardiac rehabilitation programs
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
- 1 year of experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation or related field
- Knowledge of cardiac medications, arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
