We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trauma Services Manager to lead our Trauma Program operational functions. This is a full-time position that reports to the Executive Director of Critical Care Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational, clinical, and outreach activities to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Trauma Medical Director to develop and implement process and performance improvement activities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Trauma Program, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- California Registered Nurse License.
- 3 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
