We are a Residential Electrical Contracting and Integration Company seeking qualified Estimator/Project Manager for custom high-end residential projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

- Valid CA Driver’s License/Insurance
- Ability to read Blueprints
- Familiarity of San Diego County
- Prior experience in supervision of all facets of construction and jobsites
- Coordinate delivery of installation documents & drawings.
- Ordering all equipment & materials for the project.
- Coordinate delivery of equipment to the job site.
- Scheduling of labor for installation projects.
- Coordinate delivery of close-out documents.
- Procurement and verification of project schedules.
- Tracking of project RFI's, change orders and other pertinent documentation.
- Timely invoicing of projects.
- Monitoring the schedule for all projects and costs of materials and labor so that the projected targets and profit margins are hit.
- Estimator/Project Manager will work with Accounting Department to ensure that all project details are incorporated into job tracking system prior to the start of every job.

Salary will be determined on experience of applicant; Company benefits include Medical.
