This role is crucial in supporting our project teams to ensure the efficient and successful execution of our assignments.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in home additions, kitchen, and bathroom renovations
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of residential electrical codes
- Experience in residential and light commercial construction
- Adherence to best practices in construction safety and building standards
- Possession of personal tools and a vehicle capable of transporting a ladder and materials
- Successful completion of a skills assessment, either written or practical
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of electrical panels from inception to completion
- Bending and running conduit pipes (1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2")
- Connecting circuit breakers
- Setting up and pulling electrical wiring
- Comprehensive knowledge of low and high voltage wiring color codes
- Executing PVC work for main feeders
- Conducting full rewiring of residential properties
- Installation of various ceiling fans
- Setting up tape lighting
- Installing light fixtures
- Running and connecting internet cabling
- Replacing and installing electrical outlets
- Replacing and installing switches
