IES Residential is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors with a strong background in managing Multi-Family Construction Projects in the San Antonio, Texas region.

Compensation: Based on experience, ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 per week, plus bonuses.
Work Schedule: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Multi-Family Construction Projects.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned hourly and subcontracted personnel, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and the National Electric Code.
- Possess a thorough understanding of local electrical codes and regulations to ensure timely project inspections.
- Oversee material management to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Implement cost control measures to enhance production efficiency and minimize material waste.
- Interpret project specifications, blueprints, and job orders relevant to the area of supervision.
- Foster strong working relationships with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled trades.
- Analyze and resolve any work-related issues that arise.
- Enforce company safety protocols and procedures.
- Identify and rectify potential hazards promptly or report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assess the materials, equipment, and labor required for tasks and ensure timely availability at job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear directions and feedback.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the Multi-Family sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the current National Electric Code.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret electrical construction drawings.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Must possess Multi-Family experience as a Job Supervisor.
