Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman - Service with a strong background in commercial electrical projects to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of electricians, assigning daily tasks and providing necessary materials and equipment
  • Identify risks and ensure related costs are covered
  • Establish objectives, policies, and procedures to complete scope of work per contract documents
  • Manage crew labor hours, material procurement, scheduling equipment, and daily production reporting
  • Lead safety meetings and ensure the use of required PPE by all crew members
  • Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices
  • Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing
  • Conduct kick-off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, and turnover
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of field experience as a commercial electrician with at least 4 years running commercial projects from 10k to 500k
  • Well-rounded knowledge of various electrical installations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency, and complete them in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to create, navigate, search, and update company systems (emails, work orders, reports, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 3 weeks at a time
