We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to join our team at Helix Electric. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in electrical commercial/mixed-use construction.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project scheduling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply industry standards and regulations.
- Electrical engineering or construction management degree preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a vehicle allowance plan, bonus, and benefits package.
