**Must-Haves**:
Overall, **20 years of experience** with majority in growing or big IT services/ Consulting firms.
At least 15 years of experience managing onsite-offshore based delivery and experience leading delivery of Microsoft Technology products.
Owned P&L and overall delivery management of $15+Mil Revenue in an onsite-offshore delivery execution model.
Single-handedly owned, executed and grown account portfolio of $5Mil from onsite or offshore.
Customer First approach with exceptional relationship building and management skills to deliver superior services.
Outcome oriented execution with clear focus on metrics-based delivery assurance.
Ability to understand WinWire eco-system to deliver accelerated revenue growth.
