**About the role**

As Global Employer Branding Leader you will be accountable to lead the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategy and execution to enable BD to attract, hire and retain associates across the globe.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate across the organization to craft, implement, lead and measure employer brand strategies
- Partner with the business to understand key talent objectives, and ensure branding aligns and enables the strategies
- Ensure a global to local approach, with branding, messaging and materials that suit a diversity of markets across the globe
- Continually enhance and implement our global EVP, including executive level stakeholder engagement and socialization
- Purposefully use recruitment marketing data to tell a story, continually advancing the organizations maturity and showing a clear link back to ROI
- Proactively seek ways to implement and leverage new and impactful recruitment branding technologies and automation to scale
- Lead multiple external vendor relationships to ensure a strong partnership and delivery for BD
- Maintenance, and continued advancement of global careers site
- Develop positive working relationships with other key functions to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, coordination, and effective collaboration to deliver employer branding outputs

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Employer Branding, in large scale global organizations and developing a function
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience of EVP design and implementation, across a global organization
- Demonstrated analytical thinker with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities
- Exposure to Medical Devices/Life Sciences is not required, but would be advantageous
- Ability to develop and lead a long-term Employer Branding strategy
- Demonstrable experience in organizational change and driving new programs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills, to work with stakeholders from a diverse set of backgrounds
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management abilities
- Strong people leader with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire remote teams
