**Summary**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities...**
- Ensure all transactions are supported with the correct documentation
- Work with various internal/external teams to address customer/vendor issues
- Enter or change customer/vendor/team member data in proper systems
- Respond to questions from team members, vendors, and customers about orders/invoices
- Resolve tickets related to various Finance Shared Services inquiries
- Added tasks as needed to support Financial Shared Services processes

**Key Performance Metrics**
- Timely resolution of tickets related to various Financial Shared Services inquiries
- Timely and correct entry or modification of customer/vendor/team member data in proper systems
- Timely and correct responses to questions from team members, vendors, and customers about orders/invoices

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Ability in Microsoft Office programs
- Accounting and Reporting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others to ensure successful project completion
- Accounting Principles
- Have good organizational skills
- Initiative-taker with a cheerful outlook and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment within accepted practices
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Diligence

**Education and/or Experience**
- Degree preferred but not needed for the role
- 1+ years of direct experience in related field
