**Communication Management**:

- Building rapport with patients, families, and caregivers.
- **Patient Care Coordination**:

- Conducting routine wellness check calls.
- Managing patient intake processes.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and nursing visits.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Updating patient census lists and assisting with marketing efforts.
- Managing inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
- Overseeing confidential documents and files.
- Maintaining employee HR portfolios.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensuring HIPAA compliance across all functions.
- Executing tasks in electronic medical record databases.
- Verifying insurance eligibility and managing pre-billing requirements.
- **Vendor and Contract Management**:

- Sourcing and managing contracts with vendors and staffing agencies.
- Creating and maintaining databases for contracts with other businesses.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Auditing and reviewing invoices received from vendors to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
- Assisting the Administrator with various office responsibilities and endeavors.
- Verifying the accuracy of payroll calculations and reviewing reports for any errors or discrepancies

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
