Family Law Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and booking potential new clients accordingly, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
  • Maintain and manage marketing portal 
  • Sending out contracts to potential clients as well as following up
  • Manage accounts payables and account receivables 
  • Providing administrative assistance as needed 
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency on Bill4time 
  • Opening new clients file; organizing and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Coordinate projects and manage office supplies inventory 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail 

Family Law Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Skills: 

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy area and manage receptionist/administrative tasks effectively
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
  • Proficiency in computerized systems such as Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Google Calendar and Spreadsheets for scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
  • Experience or knowledge in family legal office 
  • Capable of coordinating projects to ensure timely completion
  • Skilled in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents 
  • Knowledge of office practices to support daily operations
  • Proficient in Google Calendar management to schedule appointment and meetings efficiently
  • Ability to manage time in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well with others

I have been profiled by San Antonio Woman for my personal commitment to guiding people through legal challenges.
