**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising strategies, with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and business landscape is a plus.
