**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the industrial sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our industrial supply solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the industrial supply or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of rubber products, conveyor belts, hydraulics, and related industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
