**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of call center representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a call center management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in project management techniques

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
