- Coordinate and manage online order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Assist with product entry and updates on our e-commerce platform.
- Office organization, printing invoices, ordering supplies and data management.
- Conduct basic maintenance and updates on the website.
- Implement and monitor automation flows to improve operational efficiency.
- Check-in and prep merchandise for retail locations.
- Proofread, schedule, and manage e-blasts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Actively manage and engage with our online community via social media channels.

**Qualifications**:

- A genuine interest in fashion, e-commerce, and technology.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and AI tools like Chat GPT.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
