**Responsibilities**:

- Greet potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide basic information about the business and brand
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales / memberships / redemption
- Identify event opportunities and work with broader team to attend selected events
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Prior field marketing experience for a fun outgoing brand
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Knowledge of technical sales aspects related to cannabis products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.23 - $19.52 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- San Francisco Bay Area, CA (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- San Francisco Bay Area, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
