JOB DESCRIPTION
s a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing and working in close partnership with the Field Marketing Manager for Healthcare/Life Sciences (HLS) and Public Sector, you will support the execution of the HLS and Public Sector marketing strategies.

The impact you will have:
  • Support the execution of marketing activities across both industries, including webinars and hands-on workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships
  • ssist with building and maintaining reports and dashboards to ensure registration goals are met and sales follow-up happens in a timely manner
  • Support with submitting contracts and budget tracking
  • Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable
What we look for:
  • 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company
  • Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
  • Exceptional customer service to essential business partners
