Vehicle Specialist to manage our fleet of loaner vehicles, ensuring top-notch condition and readiness for
our valued customers.

Job Summary:
As a Loaner Vehicle Specialist, you will be integral to our operations, responsible for the meticulous
inspection and management of our loaner vehicle fleet. Your role ensures a positive customer
experience by delivering clean, well-maintained, and odor-free vehicles at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed visual inspections of loaner vehicles before they are loaned out and upon their

return.
- Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and free of odors before being handed over to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure that all loaner vehicles are billed accurately on repair

orders.
- Provide a daily list of loaner vehicle statuses to the Service Manager and General Manager.
- Obtain authorization from the Service Manager for any loaner vehicle retained by a customer for more

than five days.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, issues, and customer feedback to ensure continuous

improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive service, vehicle inspection, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and

presentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
