Job Overview

At Blasius Auto Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Loaner Vehicle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the meticulous inspection and management of our loaner vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of loaner vehicles before they are loaned out and upon their return.
  • Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and free of odors before being handed over to customers.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure accurate billing on repair orders.
  • Provide daily loaner vehicle status updates to the Service Manager and General Manager.
  • Obtain authorization from the Service Manager for any loaner vehicle retained by a customer for more than five days.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, issues, and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive service, vehicle inspection, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
