Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the car-buying process and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Conduct vehicle condition assessments, collecting and recording information to facilitate customer appraisals.
  • Check in and receive vehicles, completing daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory.
  • Perform cosmetic inspections, ensuring all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and contacting finance companies.
  • Create service appointments and review repair order invoices for retail service work performed.
