**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries about tax-related concerns.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with our tax professionals to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Assist customers with account-related activities and provide technical support when needed.
- Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals.

**Qualifications**:

- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers professionally and effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is often preferred, but not always mandatory.
- Ability to understand and address customer inquiries or concerns efficiently.
- Prior experience handling a variety of customer situations that require patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software used in customer service roles.
- Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
