**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Create designs and proposals that meet client requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with our landscaping team to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Document all leads and opportunities in the company-approved CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and bylaws.
- Conduct site visits to measure and document existing conditions.
- Achieve sales goals by selling landscape projects and services at approved pricing.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in high-end residential sales and landscape design (+5 years). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce hand sketches and renderings.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of building regulations, codes, and bylaws.
- Hybrid role with a combination of office work and site visits.
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to Arlington, VA.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Salary: $36,000 base salary plus 6% commission on gross revenue sales. Potential to increase commission to 8% based on performance after one year.
- Reimbursement for vehicle use with a gas card.
- PTO, Holidays, and Vacation.
