Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the flooring industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented sales performance
  • Valid State driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
