**About Us**: Empro is a staffing and logistics company specializing in the automotive industry. We provide recruitment and logistics services for our clients across California and Washington. We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working and personable Dispatcher/Customer Service to join our dynamic team and play a key role in representing our company with professionalism and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Employee Management: Assist in the coordination and management of delivery drivers and warehouse employees.

Represent the Company: Serve as a point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a positive and personable representation of Empro.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior office experience and a background in Dispatching/Customer Service/Employee management.
- Traits: Reliable, consistent, personable, organized, and professional.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of office equipment and thorough understanding of office management procedures.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office
- Google Suite
- ConnecTeam or other CRM tools experience

**Education**:

- High school diploma required
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
