In the role of Fulfillment Project Coordinator, you'll get the chance to...Arrange and simplify the delivery of appliances for homes with plans ranging from straightforward to intricate.- Collaborate closely with clients, cabinet makers, and contractors to acquire and adhere to project schedules and objectives.- Nurture and maintain enduring connections with both clients and business partners in the trade.
Role ResponsibilitiesEngaging with the provided Excel sheet to call clients concerning the delivery of their complete or partial orders- Contacting and persistently following up with clients to ensure product deliveries- Reaching out to clients in the event of shipment delays- Coordinating the delivery and installation of appliances- Maintaining project records, including insurance certificates- Ensuring timely and policy-compliant payment collection- Proactively communicating appliance availability to clients- Monitoring and updating project timelines in collaboration with cabinet-makers, clients, or contractors- Executing tasks from internal teams to aid in scheduling- Sharing specification details with clients, contractors, or cabinet-makers- Handling incoming calls- Undertaking other assignments as directed by management
**Qualifications**:
Mandatory 2 years of customer service experience- Preferred 1-2 years of fulfillment coordinator experience- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills- Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills- Ability to prioritize and multitask.- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.- Builds strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners
