Scope of Position

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for coordinating the company's commercial activities in the gourmet food products sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier relationships across France and Europe.
  • Assist in exporting products from the US to Asia, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows within the US and internationally, including Asia, Canada, and Europe.
  • Establish and maintain regular reporting of figures and performance indicators, and share these with the team.
  • Oversee projects, monitor customer price lists and contracts.
  • Provide support for the team in all aspects related to the company's back-office operations.

Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in international markets and consumer goods (experience in food and cosmetics industries preferred).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese, German, or Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in product development and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
