**In the dual capacity of Office Manager and Referral Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass**:

- Facilitate day-to-day operations and foster growth through strategic partnership meetings and outreach initiatives.
- **For LCATs: opportunity to manage a caseload of clients _(additional hours)_
- Ensuring the impeccable quality of our Midtown Manhattan office by conducting monthly visits to handle mail, assess inventory, and proactively address any facility needs.
- Acting as a central point of contact for contractors, cleaning personnel, and building supervisors, ensuring seamless coordination of maintence.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with referral partners to expand our network and enhance service offerings.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new staff members, ensuring they are well-versed in our protocols, procedures, and systems.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all referrals, meticulously tracking their status and outcomes using Google Spreadsheets.
- Collaborating on team event planning and coordination for community outreach initiatives, ensuring our presence and impact within the community.
- Supporting the organization of corporate wellness events and facilitating Continuing Education sessions as needed.
- Providing support with marketing efforts as required, utilizing tools like Canva, and managing the dissemination of marketing materials to relevant stakeholders

**Qualifications (You Are / You Have)**
- A Creative Arts Therapy or mental health professional (LCAT's or Creative Arts Therapy training a HUGE plus)
- Experience in office management, or marketing
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in G-mail, Google Sheets (Spreadsheets), Google Calendar, and Zoom, Canva
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-driven with an eye for detail
- Autonomous, and collaborative
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
