Medical Director

Curated Mental Health is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Medical Director to lead our clinical team and further our mission of delivering exceptional mental health services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and interventional treatments.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of and incorporate the latest research and evidence-based practices in psychiatry and behavioral health treatment.
- Oversee the clinical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) initiatives to continually enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Lead educational efforts within the practice, including training and development for clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Licensure in the State of New York.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical standards.
