The Copier Service Manager ensures smooth coordination between service technicians, clients, and other departments to uphold service standards and meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnosis level of service required. Escalate complex issues to Technical resource, and ensure timely response to client.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, including details of issues reported, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
- Manage inventory levels of copier supplies, and consumables required for service operations.
- Monitor stock levels, track usage patterns, and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory availability while minimizing excess or shortages.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, status updates, and escalations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information about service needs, provide updates on service progress, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes.
- Address client concerns or complaints promptly, escalate issues as necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to service activities
- Generate reports, analyze service data, and track key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent military qualification required,
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment or within the copier industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients,, colleagues, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability to learn new copier systems and technical terminology related to copier service operations.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
