**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies**: Formulate and execute pricing strategies for Air, Ocean, and Domestic Freight services to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
- **Cost Analysis and Management**: Analyze costs associated with freight services to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- **Collaboration with Sales and Operations**: Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand market dynamics, customer requirements, and operational capabilities to develop effective pricing models.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead pricing discussions and negotiations with carriers, suppliers, and customers to secure favorable rates and terms.
- **Pricing Tools and Systems**: Develop and maintain pricing tools, systems, and databases to ensure accurate and efficient pricing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
