About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Valuation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting equity valuations, performing financial due diligence audits, and creating fairness opinions to assess transaction prices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct equity valuations according to HGB and IFRS, and perform financial due diligence audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Carry out purchase price allocations and create fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices.
  • Lead projects for the creation and analysis of financial planning models, and support in interfaces in the context of annual audits and tax issues.
  • Participate in the processing of fundamental and special questions of national and international accounting, especially with regard to valuation issues.
  • Support the specialist department in the area of publications and presentations.
Requirements
  • You have completed a degree in economics with a focus on finance/corporate finance, national/international accounting, auditing, or tax law.
  • You have initial professional or industry experience in the field of transaction consulting and/or business valuation, ideally with a qualification as CVA and/or CFA.
  • You enjoy working in a project and team-oriented as well as independent manner.
  • You show motivation and a high level of commitment.
  • You are willing to take on personnel responsibility and want to expand our valuation team.
  • You want to take the next step in expanding our valuation services together with us.
