**Job Overview**:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our client base. You will develop and execute strategies to generate new leads, close sales, and establish lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow sales while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Identify and cultivate new clients by offering innovative health insurance solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic sales plans.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Attend conferences, and networking events to promote the company and gain industry insights.
- Provide feedback to the internal teams on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the health insurance or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for persuasion and negotiation.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
