Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Seeking a highly professional, detail oriented and organized individual for a full time, permanent role supporting a fast paced Property Management company
- Full time hours; Monday-Friday
- Pay is based on experience
- Competitive benefits including health insurance and PTO

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for opening office and setting up for the day
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Open all mail
- Collect payments from guest
- Light filing
- Assists wherever needed in office and all other tasks assigned by manager

**Qualifications**:

- Individual will be able to work independently and sit for prolonged periods of times
- Experience with high volume of calls
- Able to multitask
- High School Diploma
- Previous office experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
