**Job Summary**:
As the Front Desk Coordinator at Empower Fertility, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm, professional welcome, while efficiently managing reception tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining an organized and friendly environment where patient care is the top priority. As additional medical practices join our facility, you will play a key role in integrating these new practices into our operations, extending your support as a Front Desk Coordinator across multiple practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Empower Fertility.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and deliveries.
- Efficiently maintain and update customer records within our CRM system.
- Act as a superuser on the EMR platform, including scheduling, patient check-ins, and updating patient records.
- Process payments and provide patients with receipts and invoices.
- Manage and print necessary lab requisitions and forms, such as for Natera, IHD, etc.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Encourage satisfied patients to leave positive reviews.
- Manage supplies for the reception and work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure necessary items are well-stocked.
- Assist in the cleaning and preparation of exam rooms.
- Adapt flexibly to changes in procedures or scheduling as needed.
- Play an integral role in integrating new medical practices and coordinating front desk activities across multiple practices.
- Complete additional front desk duties and support
