Program Coordinators support the work of leading academic and administrative leaders, including graduate deans, liberal arts and sciences deans, senior international officers, chief information officers, vice provosts for faculty affairs, provosts and others. This position will be assigned to the graduate deans’ programs and peer groups and may be assigned to work with other stakeholders and duties as necessary.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Administer & Coordinate Collaborative Programs
- Communicate programmatic and logístical information and serve as liaison and primary point of contact for campus coordinators, applicants, participants, and external partners;
- Deliver resources and training to campus coordinators responsible for implementing consortial programs;
- Develop and implement program and meeting assessments and create reports as needed;
- Monitor communications across community networks, identifying time sensitive needs and ensuring appropriate responses in coordination with partners and the Associate Director;
- Communicate timely and effectively, responding to verbal and written inquiries; and
- Provide excellent customer service to member institutions, campus contacts and participants and work collegially and professionally with all external and internal stakeholders.

Facilitate & Steward Collaborative Communities:

- Foster collaboration, build trust networks and assist in the exchange of information within member university professional communities;
- Support program and peer group meetings, facilitating and identifying meeting outcomes and developing next steps as needed;
- Develop professional and productive relationships with member and program participants;
- Steward an inclusive and collaborative group culture;
- Welcome and onboard new members and maintain current membership rosters;
- Interact with coworkers, campus contacts, participants and all partners using a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- A total of one (1) year (12 months) in education, training and/or work experience with collaborative projects and programs.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and peer communities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree.
- Minimum of two years’ experience administering collaborative projects and programs.
- Experience building successful collaborations and/or partnerships.
- Experience working with new and custom technology, large databases and visualization software.
- Related higher education work experience.
