**What will you do as Sales Support I**:

- Enter customer orders and quotes into our industry specific Windows based software
- Process paperwork for Accounting to issue credits/returns on customer invoices
- Assist with in-store customer pickups
- Process shipping authorizations
- Source and check stock and inventory levels for products
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers visiting our office
- Serve as back-up for the receptionist, as needed
- Additional duties as needed to support sales growth as determined by Sales Management

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales representatives, and other support staff
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing and documentation
- Ability to adapt to change in priorities, processes, and customer needs
- Energetic attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a goal oriented mindset
- Upholding a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Reporting to the assigned work area on time and present for the scheduled hours

**Additional Requirements**:

- Customer service or administrative workplace experience preferred
